Coil
"Lift Discs to Top of Coil and Release" is an interactive acoustic-kinetic sculpture. The title serves as instructions for the piece. Once the discs are released, their motions excite the coil and create sound amplified by the wooden box at the top of the coil. The motion is visually amplified by the ball at the bottom.
