Local jazz musician Tatsu Aoki describes why he hates ipods. I coupled this interview with a field recording I made near my grandmother's house in Abico, just outside of Tokyo. I think the interview says a great deal about the appeal of field recording. This piece originally ran as part of my podcast, "Likes To Do Other Things."
